Social Compliance

Our responsibility to our employees, suppliers and the broader community.

Our Core Policy

Our fundamental objective is to establish a healthy and satisfactory work environment. We commit to complying with all national and international laws regarding non-discrimination in hiring, prohibition of child labor, respect for personal rights, and workplace health and safety.

Social Compliance
01

Working Conditions

Working hours, wage payments, holiday and leave entitlements for our employees are managed within the framework of the Labor Code. Regular training is provided on working conditions and occupational safety.

02

Child Labor & Forced Labor

In line with UN International Labour Organization standards, we do not permit child labor or forced work in our operations, and we do not tolerate it in our suppliers. All forms of forced labor — including human trafficking — are strictly prohibited.

03

Harassment & Discrimination

Zero tolerance is applied to sexual harassment, psychological harassment (mobbing) and discrimination based on gender, race, religion, age, disability or sexual orientation. Violations are referred to the Ethics Board; contracts are immediately terminated upon proven cases.

04

Ethics & Transparency

Bribery and corruption are strictly forbidden. Accountability, transparency and ethical conduct are the foundation of all our business processes. Complaints can be raised through complaint boxes or direct HR access.
