Contact and quote form: first and last name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, the industry and packaging type you are interested in, your message and any file you upload.

Site usage: only if you consent to analytics cookies, visit statistics that cannot be used to identify you.

Responding to your quote and information requests, preparing a quotation and sending it to you.

Establishing and maintaining a commercial relationship, managing order and delivery processes.

Understanding and improving how this website is used.

Legal grounds

For data you submit through the contact and quote form: Article 5(2)(c) of the Law — processing directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract — and Article 5(2)(f) — processing necessary for our legitimate interests. No consent is requested for this data; this notice alone satisfies our disclosure obligation.

For analytics cookies: your explicit consent under Article 5(1). You may withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of any page.

Transfers

Your data is processed through the infrastructure providers we work with: website hosting, delivery of form messages by e-mail, and content management services.

Servers of these providers may be located outside Türkiye; in that case transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the Law. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Quote and contact requests are kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires after the request is concluded; where a commercial relationship is established, for the limitation and retention periods set out in applicable legislation.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage you have suffered.
